Charity Car Wash Program

The Brown Bear Charity Car Wash Program offers registered non-profit organizations a simple and eco-friendly way to raise funds. Instead of organizing traditional parking lot car washes, non-profits can sell discounted tickets to Brown Bear’s Tunnel Car Wash locations across Washington. This approach not only makes fundraising easier but also supports environmental sustainability by reducing water usage and runoff associated with manual car washing.

How It Works

Brown Bear Car Wash gives your organization everything you need to be successful. Our tickets are sold to your organization at a discounted price, which allows you to re-sell them for a great fundraising rate.

Each Charity Car Wash Program ticket is Good for One (1) Beary Clean car wash. Tickets are valid only at Brown Bear Car Wash.

Tunnel locations throughout the Puget Sound area, and Cheney, WA. A list of participating locations can be found on the back of each ticket and online at brownbear.com/tunnel-locations.

Minimum selling price is $12 per ticket. Minimum order quantity is 30 tickets. You can increase profit potential by starting with a higher single ticket price and offering discounts to customers who buy more than one ticket at a time (Example: one for $15, two for $25, 5 for $60).

The Brown Bear Charity Car Wash Program AGREEMENT must be signed to participate in the Charity Car Wash Program. There is a non-refundable, one-time setup fee of $25 on the first, initial order. You may re-order tickets as needed. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your application and receive your tickets.

Tickets are not valid for large commercial vehicles, fleets or oversized vehicles as they will not fit in the car wash tunnels.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Ticket Sale Information

a. Each ticket is good for one (1) Beary Clean car wash at any Brown Bear Car Wash tunnel location

b. The Charity must meet the minimum ticket order requirement of thirty (30) tickets.

c. The cost of the tickets to the Charity is $2.50 each. The tickets are customized to feature the participating Charity’s name.

d. The recommended resale price of the tickets is $12.00-15.00 per ticket. Tickets cannot be resold for less than $12.00 each.

2. Payment
The tickets must be purchased in advance from the corporate office of Brown Bear Car Wash using a credit/debit card, certified check, or money order, submitted with the completed application.

b. Certified Check/Money Orders Payment via certified check or money order should be made payable to “CAR WASH ENTERPRISES, INC” and sent to the following address:

3. Proceeds
The Charity is responsible for collecting all proceeds from the resale of the charity wash tickets and is responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws, rules, and regulations.

4. Unsold Tickets
Unsold tickets may be redeemed, less a $0.50 restocking fee, for $2.00 per ticket refund. Orders over 500 tickets that return more than 100 tickets may be subject to a $0.75 restocking fee. The restocking fee is charged as the tickets are customized and cannot be resold or reused. Tickets must be returned for refund. Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded.

5. Restrictions
Charity Car Wash Program tickets may NOT be:

a. Sold within 500 feet of any Brown Bear Car Wash location;

b. Sold nor advertised online including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Craigslist, OfferUp, and eBay;

c. Used for personal use, donated, nor given away. They must be sold according to the terms set forth in Section 1 above.

(Note: The spirit of the Program is to have participants, often young people, develop important salesmanship skills. If tickets are sold or advertised online, then that does not lend itself to having them build that skill set, hence our restrictions.)
