How to Activate Your One-Year Membership:
New Member: Bring the email with your barcode + activation code to any Brown Bear tunnel location. A team member will activate your membership.
Current Member: No action needed. We’ll automatically extend your membership within 14 business days.
Gift: Forward your confirmation email to the recipient. They’ll activate at any tunnel location with a team member.
