Membership Terms & Conditions

Unlimited Wash Clubs provide unlimited car washes at tunnel locations for the period associated with the purchased membership. Club Membership is automatically renewed each period (i.e. each month) on the anniversary date of the original purchase date. By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club program, I agree that the credit card provided will be automatically charged each renewal period in the amount associated with my Club Membership level as noted below.

• Beary Bright Yearly Unlimited Wash Club $479.80 + tax

• Beary Best Yearly Unlimited Wash Club $599.98 + tax

I agree to waive any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.

The membership is only valid for a single vehicle at any given time and must have a registered license plate, or temporary plate, affixed to the vehicle. Vehicles with “trip permits” or dealership plates are not eligible for Club memberships. In the event that a supplemental sticker (with a barcode number) is needed for secondary membership validation, that sticker must be affixed to the door jamb and correspond to the registered license plate. Use of the registered plate (or barcode sticker) with any other vehicle is prohibited and shall be grounds for immediate membership termination, with no refund of any membership fees.

I understand and accept that email is used to communicate with me and that if I do not provide an email address, I will NOT receive receipts, renewal reminders, or declined payment card notifications. Auto-renewal reminders help notify customers of upcoming billing so changes or cancellations can be made prior to renewal. Refunds are not available for partial periods if changes or cancellations are not made at least 5 days prior to the renewal charges being processed.

Yearly and One-Year Club Memberships are for 12 consecutive months. Once activated, these Memberships are not eligible for any refunds, full or partial, and may not be paused or suspended. Memberships can be transferred to a different vehicle upon request, but no more than once every 31 days.

Brown Bear Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program as it feels necessary, including terminating a membership for unauthorized or fraudulent use. No partial refunds will be given for memberships cancelled due to unauthorized or fraudulent use.

Membership cancellation is easy. You may cancel or modify your membership at any time by completing the form available online at Brownbear.com/manage-your-membership or by calling 206.774.3737 between 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. Renewal reminders are sent each period (i.e. each month) if a valid email address has been provided. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
