The Summit Bear Hunt Photo Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Brown Bear Car Wash, The Summit at Snoqualmie and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
To enter, participants must:
Take a photo with any Brown Bear Car Wash logo, cutout, or signage located at The Summit at Snoqualmie Bike Park.
Post the photo to Instagram or Facebook, you can post as a post or as a story as long as it is public.
Include the hashtag #summitbearhunt and tag @brownbearcarwash in the caption and/or photo.
Only entries posted between August 22nd, 2025 and August 25th, 2025 and tagged as described above will be eligible. Social media accounts must be set to public at the time of entry to be visible and counted. Limit one (1) entry per person.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will receive:
A 12-month Unlimited Wash Club membership at the Beary Best level, valid at all participating Brown Bear Car Wash locations.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services or credit. The winner will be notified by September 1st, 2025.
The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter within five (5) business days of contest end, or September 5th. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.
This promotion is a joint effort between Brown Bear Car Wash and The Summit at Snoqualmie. While the promotion is conducted in partnership, The Summit at Snoqualmie is not responsible for the administration of the contest, winner selection, prize fulfillment, or any other obligations related to the contest. By entering, participants release and hold harmless The Summit at Snoqualmie, its affiliates, and parent companies from any liability related to participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

Brown Bear Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time, for any reason. Entry into the contest constitutes acceptance of these rules.
